The Wisconsin FOIC bylaws call for 13 representatives of member organizations: three representatives from the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, three from the Wisconsin Associated Press, three from the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association/Broadcast News Council, two from the Society of Professional Journalists and two from the Wisconsin News Photographers. The bylaws also allow for up to 12 public members. The group can have as many associate (nonvoting) members as it pleases.
